Lunar Solo Tent by Six Moons Designs
Nowadays, every backpacker wants to be lighter. Many Hikers have ditched heavy boots or bulky sleeping bags for lighter alternatives. The same is true for the tent. Once, hikers wanted space for two and sturdy poles for integrity. However, many have ditched the poles and extra space for the lightest option. The Lunar Solo tent by Six Moons design saves you money while providing an industry-leading choice.
-Lunar Solo on the Tahoe Rim Trail
What I love about my Lunar Solo is the minimal amount of room it takes up in my pack, the ease of setup, and its durability. The Tent weighs 26 ounces and can fit in most packs' outside pockets; it is no bigger than a sleeping pad, which grants the hiker more space, a lighter pack, or even a smaller pack. You will only need one trekking pole to give the tent its stability. I frequently set up my tent before my hiking buddies have snapped in all the poles for their tent. Lastly, for the competitive price, the Lunar Solo is built to last. I have been in the rain and snow, and on most trips, I do not even use a ground tarp to protect the tent floor. Today, after 200 miles of use, my tent is in perfect condition.

From the Tahoe Rim Trail, the PCT, and to the top of the tallest peak in Big Sur, the Lunar Solo has been my home base. This tent is for those who want to hike more, weigh less, and give you a quality tent that will last.
